Richard M. Fox is the president & CEO of mClinical Technology Inc., a mobile health information technology company specifically designed to enable physicians to be more efficient and effective in the environments where EHR usage is mandated. Richard presently serves on the board of directors of Vixxo Corp (Scottsdale, AZ) and Interactions Corp.(Franklin, MA). He also serves on the board and the executive committee of the Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce. Richard is also an adjunct associate professor at New York University where, for the last 30 plus years, he has taught Intensive Credit Training seminars to both domestic and foreign bankers.
Previously, Richard was the Managing Director of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners from 1999-2013. He managed the activities of two dedicated funds managed by Cross Atlantic: The Co-Investment 2000 Fund, L.P. and The Co-Investment Fund II, L.P. Richard has worked very closely with entrepreneurs in in a wide variety of different industries and has served as a director on the board of numerous companies.
Prior to joining Cross Atlantic, he was president of Penn Janney Advisory, which managed both the direct private equity and partnership investments for The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Janney Montgomery Scott. Before joining Penn Mutual, he was a vice president in the corporate lending division of PNC Bank and managed a portfolio of large corporate relationships.
Richard received a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and an M.A. from Georgetown University.
