Ronen Chitterer

Mr. Chitterer climbed the executive ladder at Haifa Basic Oils, Ltd. and its newly-associated parent company, Bazan Group, Ltd., between 2000 – 2014, from Process & Development Manager, then to V.P. Operations, and then to CEO of the Haifa Basic Oils division of Bazan, Israel’s leading oil refining & petrochemical conglomerate. While at Bazan, he also ran the Gadiv Petrochemicals division. Mr. Chitterer accumulated extensive experience during those 14 years, managing diverse teams of dozens of – and sometimes nearly 200 – employees, running corporate divisions generating in the range of between $100 million - $900 million in revenues. Among his accomplishments at Haifa Basic Oils & Bazan was his orchestration of the merger of Haifa Basic Oils, Ltd. into Bazan. Since 2014, Mr. Chitterer has engaged in an entrepreneurial role as Managing Partner of SR Enterprise & Engineering, Ltd., with a focus on deploying novel technologies in the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors. At the start of his career, Mr. Chitterer had earned with honors a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Haifa Technical Institute.
